Ahasa Space privacy policy

Updated 13 October 2026. This policy covers ahasa.space and the AHASA SPACE Android app. Operator and publisher: Ahasa Space. Contact: tilanka@rankedrobot.com.

Accounts and public discussions

Reading does not require an account. Creating an account requires a chosen username, display name and password. We store a password verifier, account identifiers, creation time and session records. Your chosen display name and comments are public. Your real name, phone number and email are not required to register. Avoid posting private information.

We store comments, topic choices, reports and moderation history to operate the discussion service and investigate abuse. Reporting a comment sends its identifier and any report reason to our server. Moderators can edit or hide comments. Hidden comments and moderation history remain stored until the account's associated data is deleted.

Cloud services and security

The website, API and database use Cloudflare. Requests are encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Cloudflare and network infrastructure process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the service. Administrator login attempts use hashed connection identifiers for rate limiting. Service-provider logs and backups follow the provider's own retention and security practices.

Android and device storage

The app stores website session cookies, theme preferences and blocked-user choices in its private web storage. Optional news alerts store an enabled preference and the last checked news identifier on the device. Background checks retrieve public news without sending an account identifier or device token. Android handles notification permission and scheduling. We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or location. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK; this does not prevent hosting infrastructure from processing operational logs.

Retention, sharing and deletion

Live account data remains until you delete your account. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Public comments are visible to anyone and may be copied by readers. Cloudflare processes hosted data as a service provider.

To permanently delete your account and associated live comments, reports, moderation history and sessions, sign in and choose Account → Delete my account. An external starting point is Delete account. This is irreversible. Security or service-provider logs and backups may remain under provider retention practices; deleting live records does not instantly erase those provider-managed copies. Contact us about access, correction or deletion concerns.

Blocking affects what you see on the device where you block a reader. You can unblock readers from Account. Turn news alerts off in the app or Android notification settings. Updates to this policy will appear here.
